This setup, I must say, is phenomenal.I can shoot freehand, tripod (with pan capability), or glidecam.The quality of my videos has drastically improved since purchasing this head and legs.
The head is fluid, and gives exceptionally smooth shots even when panning. The adjustability is great, and Bogen really thought out the secondary catch so your camera doesn't slide off the tripod once your release the thumb screw (you'll know what I mean if you buy one.)
